The Committee:

• Monitors the implementation and compliance with the various articles of the Memorandum of Association and By-Laws and considers proposed amendments;
• Receives all notices of proposed amendments submitted to the Board of Directors for consideration;
• On the instruction of the Board of Directors, prepares a referendum on matters concerning the Memorandum of Association and By-Laws of the Society.

The latest version of THE MEMORANDUM OF ASSOCIATION AND BY-LAWS OF THE FILIPINO ASSOCIATION OF NOVA SCOTIA will be made avialiable for download early in the new year.
