The Committee:

• Offers orientation and assistance to Filipino nationals on their arrival to Nova Scotia;
• Submits the names of new arrivals to the Secretary of the Society;
• Directs the recruitment of new members and makes recommendations on their admission;
• Is responsible for the receiving of guests, i.e., billeting, transportation and related matters;
• Coordinates the activities of the appropriate committees in relation to food and refreshment for special functions of the Society.
