The Committee:

• Organizes an equitable grouping of participating members in order that all members are given the opportunity to participate once during a fiscal year in a rotating system of social events called Hermano-Hermana, held concurrently with the regular general meetings;
• Each group, called a sub-committee and headed by a sub-committee chairperson selected by its members, shall be responsible for organizing, hosting, and financing the social occasion when their rotation comes for that fiscal year;
• Works with the Cultural and Heritage Committee in presenting programs for special occasions;
• Acts as a talent-finding committee within and outside the Society.
• Custodian of all the materials, musical instruments, food utensils and equipment owned by the Society.
